DayBreak Senior Services stands out not just locally, but statewide, for the specialized support we offer to Veterans. As the only VA-contracted adult day care center in Utah, DayBreak provides unique access for veterans enrolled with the VA. Through our program, veterans can request a referral and access our services at no cost, with the VA covering 100 percent of their allotted days. Additionally, our care is non-service-connected, allowing even more veterans to benefit from this essential support.
With wait times at the local veterans’ home ranging from two to five years, our program offers a timely, potentially life-saving alternative for veterans and their caregivers. This invaluable resource allows us to honor veterans with the compassionate, daily support they deserve, making a meaningful difference in their lives while alleviating the burden on caregivers.
