At DayBreak, we believe every person deserves care that reflects who they are. Our adult day program provides a safe and engaging environment where older adults can stay active, connected, and supported each day.
Rooted in a dementia-informed and person-centered approach, our program nurtures cognitive, physical, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being through meaningful activities and genuine connection.
DayBreak also provides essential caregiver respite, giving families peace of mind knowing their loved one is safe, engaged, and cared for by compassionate professionals who understand their needs.
With funding from the Alzheimer’s Association® Center for Dementia Respite Innovation (CDRI) grant, DayBreak has been awarded $100,000 to expand and enhance our dementia-specific respite care services. We are proud to be one of only 41 organizations nationwide selected for this recognition*.
This funding supports the creation of a therapeutic sensory garden, the addition of a full-time Recreational Therapist, and interior upgrades designed to make our program even more engaging and dementia-friendly for participants and caregivers alike.
At DayBreak, we’re here to support caregivers, too. Our respite services and caregiver resources help you rest, recharge, and continue caring with strength, compassion, and peace of mind.
Our goal is to provide an affordable care option where older adults are allowed to remain at home.
