Cost of Care
At DayBreak Senior Services, we’re dedicated to offering high-quality, affordable care. We offer a simplified, cost-effective daily rate, with no hidden fees. All rates include lunch, snacks, supplies, and individualized care.
Private pay rates are pre-billed monthly to reserve your spot. Outside of a minimum one-day-per-week commitment, there are no long-term contracts required. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose the number of days and hours that work best for your family.
DayBreak Private Pay Daily Rates:
- 1-4 days per week: $99/day
- 5 days per week: $89/day
If you don’t want to pre-pay, you can join as a drop-in. Drop-ins depend on space being available, so we can’t always guarantee a spot.
Drop-In Rates:
- $125/day
Introductory Offer
The first 30 days at DayBreak are a special time for us to get to know your loved one and for you to get to know us. This introductory period allows us to build trust, understand individual needs, and create the most meaningful experience possible.
To support this transition, we offer a reduced rate of just $74/day for your first month. No long-term commitment is required—just an opportunity to see how DayBreak can support both you and your loved one.
Average Senior Care Costs in Utah:
The average cost of assisted living in Utah $4,150 per month*. However, costs can vary greatly depending on several factors, including:
- Care needs: The cost increases for individuals who need help with many activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Room size: Most communities have different size rooms, from small studio apartments to 2 bedroom suites.
- Move-in or community fee: Most communities charge a move-in or community fee for new residents.
- Memory care: Memory care is typically an additional cost above assisted living or a nursing home. In Utah, this additional cost is between $800 and $925 per month.
Payment Options: We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and checks. For veterans, we’re proud to be the only VA-contracted Adult Day Care in Utah. Contact us to help connect you with VA benefits if you’re eligible.
Additional Support Programs: We accept qualified Medicaid participants and are contracted with Davis and Weber County’s Caregiver Support Programs:
- Weber County: Contact Karla Fulton at 801-625-3866 or karlaf@weberhs.org
- Davis County: Call 801-525-5050, option 5
If you have long-term care insurance, it may cover our services. Please check with your insurance provider, and we can help submit claims if needed.
